Our work together involves growing self-awareness and noticing sensations in your body. Sensations are the language of our nervous system. It is through our nervous system that we heal. By noticing the sensations in your body, you can learn to track your nervous system and with somatic practices, you can support, resource and reshape your nervous system. By becoming aware of your inner experience and learning to befriend all of your parts you can change the way you feel and become fully alive in the present.

Educational Kinesiology
A body-based therapy that uses whole-body intentional movements including Brain Gym™, Touch for Health and Balance Auditory Vision eXercises to activate the brain for learning and to create balance. I work with your natural abilities and developmental patterns, which may have become disrupted, often due to stress or trauma.
Equine-Assisted Therapy
We work with naming needs and making requests and they respond with compassion and creativity when we allow ourselves to really feel and express them. Being with the horses offers the experience of warm, nourishing relationships in an embodied way, where our nervous system meets with another, not just our mind. It is through these relationships and nervous system support that the healing happens.
Kind words from clients

and can impact both the mind and the body”
